DOH!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Ours was hectic. Our first big trip to wild and wonderful Watertown. We all did great, and Noah was passed around to everyone under the sun.

I saw this sign at a nursing home over the weekend. Thought all of you would appreciate it. Makes me wonder what was being asked.

5th year

Caleb turned 5 yesterday.

This coming August: Kindergarten.

I don't remember five years blowing by like it apparently has. Thinking like I do, I try to envision this past five years, and then consider it happening again without my knowledge nor consent, and he will be 10 years old.

Hmm.

Four days until Christmas. We already have gifts to be thankful for, and they're not even new anymore. One of them we dub 'hurricane' and the other still calls me a 'fruitbat' from time to time. Given to us sight-unseen, with no receipts or gift exchanges possible...not that I would.

Merry Christmas. Off to tend to the gifts.

Thanks everyone up there in Rochester-land for having me over to visit, and even feeding me everything from thin crust pizza to hot tea to yummy Italian Christmas cookies.

What??!!

I just got back from the doctor, and turns out baby is still breech. I've been scheduled for a c-section at Rochester General sometime after 6 tonight.

It took me a bit to find John. he was treating mice, and out of phone contact. Finally found him. Boy, is he surprised! Gotta go get John. We'll update you guys asap!
