Pregnant!

Hi Hunnies! It's a bit early on, but I've decided to come clean. If, God forbid, anything happens, I don't mind you knowing.

So, with that aside, I am pregnant! I'm due sometime in October. This time around it's very, very different. With Noah I felt wonderful and happy. This time, I feel lousy. My head just aches, and I feel ill. (Although nothing like you, Karen!) My thought it that it's a girl this time, as I don't really handle estrogen too well. (I know, I'll miss it later in life, but to be honest, it's hard to imagine that right now.) Just a completely non-medical-professional thought. We'll see if my hunch is right.

Congratulations!! An event this big deserves an e-mail so we are sure to hear right away. A friend of mine thought the same thing, that it must be a girl since she was having such a hard time. It is her second as well but it's another boy. I can't wait to tell Nate! Give yourself lots of breaks- Don't keep the house as clean, sleep when you can. You get the picture! I'm so happy for you!

Congrats! I have to say though that I had 3 identical pregnancies and then the 4th one was TOTALLY different. I was convinced it was a girl as well.......and you know how that turned out! lol Good luck!

Hmmmm . . . maybe we should still work on a boy name, just in case? Karen- no worries on the house- I'm a way better housekeeper in college, but it's still far from perfect.

I'm hoping I can get this headache/migraine cycle under control soon- it's annoying, and painful. Wish me luck!

CONGRATS!!!!!

The same happened with me. With Caleb I had some mild sickness when brushing my teeth and smelling delicious Tex-mex food. With emily I was as sick as an I don't know what. We had just moved into a brand new house. So new house smell, paint smell, new carpet smell, all made me want to vomit every day. Even the smell of ketchup and BBQ sauce, which caleb lives off of, made me want to VOMIT! To open the ketchup I would have to hold it as far away from me as possible open it with my head turned away squirt it on his plate and run. Let's just say caleb watched a lot of baby einstein and veggie tales when I was preg. with emily. I was so tired and so sick it was unbelievable. Don't feel guilty if you too have to do the same. It won't in any way injure him mentally. :) But still have a boy's name picked out. Who knows. :)

CONGRATS!!!!

Odd, Jenn- Noah drinks Carnation Instant Breakfast in the morning. It's my way of pounding a bit of nutrition into his toddler diet, and his way to get a chocolate milk fix. But the smell of it absolutely makes me gag right now!

I'm finding watermelon does the trick. Yummy. I just need to keep buying watermelon!

:) I understand your pain! Ugh, I remember it like it was yesterday. Have you tried giving him those gummy bear vitamins? I was the same with caleb I used to give him the carnation inst. breakfast too. Until we found out he's lactose intolerant. That stuff has milk in it and I had to stop giving it to him. Thus I went to the gummy bear vitamins. Which he doesn't like the texture of but he drinks his chocolate milk after he takes them. How funny, Noah and caleb sound very similar! Caleb loves crunchy and spicy foods. Not big on sweets, but he has recently decided he loves donuts with chocolate icing and sprinkles on top. So every wed. on our way to school we stop and get him and emily a donut and me a sausage and cheese Kolache. Sorry I digress. :) I sure hope you feel better soon.
