All well

Just a quick post to say all is well here. The sickies kinda stopped a few weeks ago, so I'm back to feeling quite normal, and I'm no longer quite as tired. I just want to eat chocolate all the time. (But is that really the pregnancy? Not so sure.)

We had our first ultrasound last week, and that came back fine. More than fine. So far, so good. This one is just as active as Noah was, and spent the entire test doing the back stroke. So he/she was a bit hard to photograph, but the tech was confident she got all the information she needed.

And there is only one baby on board. Also a relief. Next ultrasound is early next month. I'm hoping we'll be able to find out the gender. I've got my fingers crossed.

glad to hear all is well. please do let us know when you find out who he/she is. :) eat all the chocolate you want. enjoy getting big. My OB would never let me say I was "fat" he said, "you're big this is the the only time you can enjoy it." I always liked that.

Awesome! So glad you're feeling better! When is your due date? Ultrasounds are always so reassuring!!! Do you Facebook friends know yet about the pregnancy? I've been dying to make a few comments here and there, but didn't want to be too obvious if it's still a secret, ha ha!!! :)

If you're in the mood for dipping chocolate, I've discovered that Baker's chocolate chunks (red bag, Wegmans) melt just BEAUTIFULLY in the microwave with no coaxing whatsoever! (Oh, and they're also made in a nut-free environment - not that it matters to you!) :)

Mmmmmm. Last time I just couldn't eat enough eggs- and I don't like eggs. This time I could live on chocolate. Not as good for the baby. If I dip strawberries in chocolate, can I count that as a folic acid supplement?

I have to say, last time I just gained too much weight for my frame. But my drs keep telling me that's about what I should be gaining again- or, at least, I should be trying not to.I think I'm under what I gained last time, so far.

Sabrina, the pregnancy has come up here and there. More observant (nosy?) people have caught on reading messages to/from others, which is fine. Feel free to comment away. I'm fine with it.
