Big Doin's

Hey all. Big doin's for the Hunnies this week. Kris and John expecting a baby any moment. Tomorrow Nate and I will close on a piece of land in Windham for our new homestead! Nate's parents, Nate and I have all worked out a floor plan and we all love the lot. It's so peaceful. Ours will be the first house to go up in this small neighborhood of seven lots. The owners are crunchy (solar panels in the back yard, used to own sheep, organic farmers) and have some association rules along those lines. We were so glad to find a place with eco friendly rules instead of "must have underground sprinklers and paved drive" kind of rules. I can't wait for Anna and Jane to have a back yard to play in!! (and a larger garden for myself) Lord willing we will be moving in April 2007! Hope your Thanksgivings were smashing (umm, not literally.)

YEAH! HOW EXCITING! It sounds perfect. Are there still sheepies around? I can't wait for details!
Still no sign of Baby here.
Wow, that is SUCH great news! What a dream come true for you, and how you deserve this one!!! We'll be eager for details as you start to build.
Wow. Are you guys general contracting or is someone building it for you? It sounds like you and Nate's parents will be sharing a house? Sorry, lots of questions. I'm envious of building. I think if I were independently wealthy I would be in the building trades. So building my own house would be a dream. Any pictures of the layout?
Wow, Nate! That looks like a huge tract of land.
