Have you ever...?

Have you guys ever watched the movie A Night at the Museum? It is HILARIOUS. I'd have to say it's a family favorite. If you haven't seen it it's a must rent this weekend.

Hope all is well. Caleb heads back to school on Monday and Emily to preschool on Tues. I'm looking forward to it. I always thought I'd dread winter vacation, but over all it went really well. Towards the end the kids fought more, but I enjoyed not having to run back and forth to both of their schools. But I am looking forward to getting back into our routine, but not getting up so early. :) I am not a morning person and getting up so early stinks.

Well hope all is well. Go out and rent that movie, you'll enjoy it.

Anything sounds good at the moment. I just "finished" The Road, by Cormac McCarthy. The language sucked me in- it was beautiful. But I just couldn't handle the plot; it was just too graphic and depressing. I ended up skimming large sections, because I was getting freaked out, but at the same time, didn't want to stop. I was hoping that by finishing the book it would help me find enough closure to handle it.

Um, didn't quite work. Uplifting parts? Here and there, but it was still too much for me. It's going to be a long night.

Well, the language in "Night at the Museum" is probably not as poetic as your movie, Kris....but this is definitely an easier going plot.

Caleb and I go back and forth repeating lines from the movie, and cracking each other up. He and I also get psyched up over Transformers. He knows a number of quotes too (maybe more than me).
